About Lorafield

Useful computing.
Value for its hosts.

Lorafield is developing a network of managed compute installations in qualified homes and commercial buildings. Our aim is to share the value of paid computing with the places that make room for it.

Pilot in development
Territories and installation dates have not been announced.

Lorafield is the new name for the Commonwire project, previously presented as Commoncopper. This website continues to use commoncopper.com during the brand transition.

A pilot to build.
Results to establish.

We are gathering home interest and developing site, compute, and delivery partnerships. Registering interest creates no purchase or hosting commitment.

The proposed home offer

Completely free home EV charging, without a monthly kWh cap, when a qualified host follows an agreed connection schedule. V2G requirements and participation terms are confirmed before enrollment.

The commercial approach

Managed compute at suitable properties, with a negotiated host benefit and useful heat recovery where the building can use it. Costs and responsibilities are defined for each site.

What the pilot must prove

Buyer demand, the full cost of delivery, suitable installations, and measured host outcomes. This site does not imply deployed customer equipment, contracted compute revenue, or utility approvals.

Help define a workload

Photography illustrates the concept. Final hardware, dimensions, operating specifications, and host agreements have not been published.
