For business partners

AI should lower
people’s bills.
So let’s make it.

We believe the next wave of infrastructure should put value back into the communities that host it.

We’re taking that into our own hands: connecting useful compute, vehicle-to-grid, and a household benefit people actually want: free home charging.

Our starting point

A better return
on what’s already here.

Homes already have power, connections, space, and people ready for better energy technology. We’re bringing those pieces together.

01

Compute funds the first chapter.

Paid GPU workloads anchor the model. Revenue supports site operations and a clear host benefit: completely free home charging in exchange for following the agreed connection schedule. Our pilot will validate actual buyer demand, utilization, and the full cost of delivery.

02

Develop the site once.

Durable site agreements, validated operating limits, connectivity, local controls, and a repeatable installation process create a foundation that can outlast a generation of GPUs. Vehicle-to-grid adds another source of value where compatible EVs, bidirectional chargers, and approvals are in place. Battery storage can build on that foundation.

03

Make the benefits travel further.

Use existing distribution capacity more productively, within utility-approved limits. Pair new demand with controls that respect the home and the local network.

Beyond the first homes

A place for
commercial facilities.

Qualified commercial properties could support a larger pod, more consistent service access, and opportunities such as useful heat recovery. We’re developing that expansion with the same discipline: measured capacity, suitable workloads, and a clear host agreement.

A shared system should create shared value

More useful energy.
A lighter bill.
For more people.

Much of the cost of an electric distribution system is fixed. When additional energy can be served through existing infrastructure without driving expensive upgrades or new peaks, more usage can contribute toward those shared costs.

That creates an opportunity to put downward pressure on rates across a territory—even for households that don’t host a pod.

It takes careful siting, measured local capacity, flexible operation, and the right rate design. More demand alone doesn’t guarantee lower bills. We want utility partners to help prove the net benefit, including any added system costs.

Measure the headroom. Respect the peaks. Share the value.

Better, together

your expertise.

We’re looking for partners who want to help shape a practical, measurable pilot.

Utilities, co-ops & municipalities

Develop a measured approach to local load growth.

Territory selection, transformer and feeder capacity, operating limits, metering, tariffs, and shared-benefit measurement.
