Host a small compute pod and connect your EV on our agreed schedule. Get completely free home charging, with vehicle-to-grid turning your parked car into a useful part of the energy system.
*Free home charging when you follow our connection schedule. The pod’s electricity and approved fiber are covered too. Pilot eligibility and final terms apply. See the full offer.

AI should work for your household, too
AI should help with your bills.
We’re bringing useful compute closer to home—and sharing the value with the people who make room for it.
The hyperscale question
More demand. Who pays?
When large data centers need new power plants and grid upgrades, households can face higher bills if those costs are passed on to them. The way that growth is funded matters.
Our proposed host package covers the pod’s electricity and fiber, plus completely free home EV charging when you follow our connection schedule. Paid compute and energy services help fund that return to your household.
The benefit covers home EV charging. Other household electricity and public charging are separate. Host qualification and final terms apply.
The proposed host package
More than miles. Less to manage.
Home charging, covered*
Completely free home EV charging when you follow the agreed connection schedule. There is no monthly kWh cap.
Pod power & fiber, paid for
We cover the compute pod’s metered electricity, cooling, and approved fiber service. Those operating costs belong in our model, alongside your charging benefit.
Technology taken care of
Commoncopper funds and owns the pod, with standard installation at qualified sites and planned monitoring, maintenance, and replacement. You don’t need to run a server business.
Vehicle-to-grid. Shared value.
A compatible EV can send stored energy back to the grid while parked. That flexibility helps support free charging. Your proposal confirms equipment, costs, compatibility, and approvals.
Your miles. Your rate.
Put a number on the possibility.
Explore the value of free home charging using your monthly driving and charging rate. This estimates charging value, not your whole electricity bill.
Illustrative only. Assumes all entered miles are charged at home at 0.33 kWh/mile. Free home charging depends on following the agreed connection schedule. Your driving efficiency, actual rate, and final credit terms determine the value. Public charging is separate.
A clear exchange
What’s covered. What’s separate.
You see the site proposal and the numbers before deciding. No payment or hosting commitment is required to join the early list.
Included in the proposed standard package
The Commoncopper side
Company-owned GPU pod and standard pod installation
Metered pod electricity and cooling
Approved fiber service used by the pod
Home EV charging while you follow the agreed connection schedule
Planned pod monitoring, maintenance, and replacement
Outside the standard package
Keep these in view
—Public or fast charging away from home
—Other household electricity and your existing internet subscription
—Major electrical upgrades or new fiber construction
—EV charger equipment or additional charger work
—Home batteries and equipment for outage backup
Any separately priced work must be identified before you commit. Your site proposal identifies V2G equipment and any installation costs. Final terms define the charging credit method, connection schedule, and participation requirements.
Good for your home. Thoughtful about the grid.
A better use of what’s already here.
Your home is part of a shared electricity network. We want new compute demand to use available capacity responsibly, with controls that respect local limits and peak demand.
When that demand contributes more to shared infrastructure costs than it adds, it can support lower rates across a territory. That outcome depends on siting, operating behavior, added system costs, and rate design.
